Corpus Christi Procession
We celebrate the Feast of Corpus Christi with Mass at 11am (not 9am), followed by a solemn Eucharistic procession in the town of Columbia. All are invited to join us as we give public witness
to Christ’s true presence in the Eucharist.

Parish Homecoming
We invite all current and former parishioners to “come home” and celebrate the Eucharist with us, followed by feasting and fellowship in the Parish Hall after Mass. Help us to especially reach out to former and homebound parishioners so we can truly make this a joyous celebration! We’ll have pictures, history books, and stories to share!

Barbara Jackson: Growing up at Saint Joseph
We are blessed to hear from lifelong parishioner Barbara Jackson, whose family spans multiple generations at our parish. Following Mass, we will have the privilege to meet her family and learn what life was like to attend Mass when Saint Joseph was still, mission parish, what the church looked like “back in the day,” and more! You truly do not want to miss this event.

Columbia Day!
In conjunction with the Fluvanna Historical Society, we present Columbia Day! Learn about what life was like in the Town of Columbia, once an important tobacco and commerce town and very nearly the capitol seat of Virginia! Take a tour of nearby churches, hear how Marquis de Lafayette once stayed here, learn about the devestation of Hurricane Camille, and find out how the Wakeham family took root to create our parish.
